When an organization has been operating for several years with the same procedures or business processes, it is normal to claim that significant internal expertise has been developed. By the same token, an organization finds itself in a mold where its ways of working, of operating can be difficult to change and to evolve.

This internal expertise is often poorly exploited because we do not take the time to decant the knowledge of the departments of an organization.
